The 20^th Schoool of Combusiton of the French Section of the Combusiton institute will take place from June 7 to 13  at the IGESA Center of Fréjus. It is organise by the PC2A laboratory, CNRS, UMR 8522, Université Lille.

Sponsored by French section of the Combustion Institute and supported by CNRS and University of Lille, the aim of this thematic school is to maintain a community at the highest level of expertise in a field undergoing profound change. The abandonment of fossil fuels is leading us to revisit combustion modes and to deepen our knowledge in fields that are still little explored, based on the use of new fuels associated with new burners, or even new engines. That's why this new edition, in addition to the most recent disciplinary advances, will also focus on the role of combustion in the energy and environmental transition.

The various courses will include slides in English. Oral presentations will be given in either English or French (often in French).

The early afternoons will be free time, with several activities on offer for participants to enjoy the site.
